I had intended to write an update about my cloth diapering experience six weeks out, but seeing as next week is Thanksgiving, I thought some healthy recipes might be just the thing to make your time festive and/or mix things up! Hint, hint: there’s a lot of pumpkin going around. Enjoy!

Apple Streusel Scones (grain-free)
Cranberry Jell-O Salad (a family favorite, with a twist: use mandarin oranges (and its juice with the pineapple’s) instead of an apple; nuts are optional)
As a final thought, consider stuffing your turkey with fruit and veggies (and tons of garlic) instead of the traditional bread stuffing. Your bird will stay moister!
