It’s been a long time since I posted a TED Talk. This one was posted on Facebook by my yoga mentor Monday morning and I thought it was worth sharing. It’s not every day that we think about what our body language says about us, or how it shapes us. I hope you enjoy–it’s about 21 minutes long and, as usual, is chalk full of enlightening information.
Also, as a fun plus, another post from said yoga mentor, here’s a graph of some great basic yoga poses that you can do with props. Yes, everyone should use props! They’re a wonderful way of enhancing any yoga practice, basic to advanced.
